As a civilian - 12 years instructing Mountaineering, 12 years training Martial Arts students, and 7 years studying High Performance Psychology. He has experience as a Leader in some of the world’s harshest environments; leading multi-national forces on NATO missions where failure is not an option. Coaching Teams to succeed in harsh mental and physical conditions and being a Certified High Performace Coach gives Matt insight into what people need to overcome and how to achieve greatness.

A serving RCMP member and a career business operator specializing as a Loss Prevention Investigator and certified investigation interviewer across Canada with 18 years in the industry. A competitive shooter in IDPA, IPSC and LRPS Dan spends as much time at the range as possible and has earned the highly coveted “Crossed Pistols” and “Rifleman” certification.
